Ordering info

Rocky Mountain Reagents only sells business to business. We do not allow drop-in business due to the nature of our products. Orders may be placed by phone, fax, or email. We have several methods of delivery, including Will Call, UPS, FedEx, Freight, and RMR direct delivery that runs along the Rocky Mountain front range. First-time customers must supply proof of business before an initial order can be processed.

Rocky Mountain Reagents, Inc. accepts Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. If terms are established, payment is 30 days net from date of invoice. Unless otherwise instructed, freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. There will be a $2.50 handling fee charged to all orders, either picked up at Will Call or shipped via the buyer's shipping account.

Pick up orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.

Orders placed when business hours are closed, will be processed next business day.

Delivery next day cut off time is at 3pm. Deliveries must meet the $100 product minimum to qualify for this service.

Claims/complaints must be received within 30 days of receipt of item to request a replacement or refund. Please have a Purchase Order number or Invoice/Reference number available.

Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Conformance, Safety Data Sheets, or other custom documentation can be provided. Please include needed documentation with your purchase order.
