Full Time Position – Shipping/Receiving Clerk

We are a rapidly growing small business that offers an enjoyable work environment.  We offer health benefits after 3 months of employment and 2 weeks paid vacation after one year, in addition to 8 paid holidays per year.  Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.  Starting salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and abilities.  We are looking for an individual interested in long term employment who can learn and grow with the company.  We are willing to train the right person for the job.

The primary job duties include:

  • Shipping/Receiving UPS and FEDEX small packages
  • Shipping/Receiving freight
  • Handling and shipping/receiving hazardous materials
  • Handling will call orders
  • Filling customer orders
  • Pulling product from shelves
  • Materials handling (using pallet jacks, fork lift, drum dollies, etc.)
  • Stocking product
  • Repacking 55 gallon drums of chemicals into smaller containers
  • Interaction with customers and service providers 
  • Potential for increased pay if willing to obtain Class C CDL for transporting hazardous materials

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly

  • Chemical knowledge a plus
